Policies

Policies

At IAMA Artistry, we are committed to providing professional education, services, and products with clarity, integrity, and transparency. Please review the policies below carefully before making a purchase or booking.

Education & Training Policies

Class Enrollment

All education offerings—including in-person classes, virtual education, self-study programs, and state board preparation—are intended for beauty professionals and students as outlined in each program description. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure eligibility prior to enrollment.

Refund & Cancellation Policy (Education)

Due to the nature of educational programming, all sales are final.

  • No refunds are offered for in-person classes, virtual education, self-study programs, mentorship, or state board preparation unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Missed classes, scheduling conflicts, or failure to attend do not qualify for a refund.
  • In-person class dates may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible.

Transfers & Rescheduling

Transfers or rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Any approved transfer or reschedule must be requested in writing and is subject to availability.

Certification & Completion

Certificates of completion are issued only after full participation in the class or program requirements. Completion does not guarantee licensure, certification by a governing body, or specific professional outcomes.

State Board Exam Preparation Disclaimer

State board preparation services are designed to support exam readiness and confidence. Passing a state board examination is not guaranteed, as exam outcomes depend on individual preparation, testing conditions, and state-specific requirements. Always verify current regulations with your state licensing board.

Mentorship & Consulting Policies

Mentorship and consulting services are non-refundable and are delivered based on agreed-upon terms at the time of booking. Results may vary depending on individual participation, effort, and circumstances.

Professional Skincare & Retail Policies

Product Sales

All skincare and retail product sales are final.

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted due to the nature of professional-grade skincare.
  • Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
  • IAMA Artistry is not responsible for adverse reactions. Patch testing is strongly recommended.

Skin Services Policies

Appointments

Clients are responsible for reviewing service descriptions and contraindications prior to booking. Late arrivals may result in shortened services or cancellation without refund.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellation and no-show policies for skin services are outlined at the time of booking. Failure to comply may result in forfeited deposits or service fees.

Digital Products

All digital products, including downloads, virtual education, and online materials, are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, digital content, manuals, and educational resources are the intellectual property of IAMA Artistry and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

IAMA Artistry provides education and services for informational and professional development purposes only. We are not liable for individual outcomes, business results, licensing decisions, or third-party actions.
