Welcome to IAMA Artistry LLC — a safe space for estheticians, skincare lovers, and dreamers ready to elevate their confidence, career, and calling.
I’m Armenthia Carr — a wife, mother, and beauty industry leader who turned purpose into profession. With over 15 years of experience as a Licensed Esthetician and Award-Winning Master Educator in Arkansas and Illinois, I’ve taught in classrooms, written esthetics curriculums, and mentored over 1,000 professionals on their journey to becoming licensed, profitable, and fulfilled.
I started IAMA Artistry LLC because I knew what it felt like to be overlooked — and I wanted to be the change I wished I had. I wanted to build something that felt different: inclusive, faith-filled, results-driven, and rooted in real community. Today, IAMA Artistry offers continuing education courses, business coaching, mentorship, and digital resources designed to support beauty professionals at every stage — whether they’re just starting or scaling to six figures.
As a Skin Therapist who specializes in Skin of Color, I’ve built a reputation for my deep knowledge of melanin-rich skin, hyperpigmentation, and the unique needs of clients who are often underserved in the skincare space. Whether you’re struggling to find the right products, tired of trial-and-error, or ready to feel seen and supported — I’m here to help you build a routine and a relationship with your skin that actually works.
In addition to my hands-on work, I serve as a social media influencer and content creator on TikTok, Facebook & Instagram, using my platforms to educate, entertain, and empower. I share beauty truths, entrepreneurship tips, behind-the-scenes moments, and all the things traditional esthetics school never taught us — because someone needs to say it, and I’m honored to be that someone.
I’m also the founder of Beautifully Broken Kosmetics, a vegan, cruelty-free, gluten-free makeup line made for working-class, bold creatives, and everyday people who want clean, conscious products that honor both their story and their skin. The name speaks to my truth: even in brokenness, we are still beautifully made — worthy of softness, success, and celebration.
