Why Every Esthetician Should Revisit Their 2025 Goals Before December

Hey Bestie,
Can you believe the year’s almost over? I swear 2025 just started, and now we’re talking about Christmas lights, client gifts, and next year’s plans. But before you sprint into 2026, I want you to pause for a second — breathe, reflect, and really look at how far you’ve come.

We get so caught up chasing the next thing that we forget to appreciate the growth happening right now. I know you set goals at the beginning of the year — maybe they didn’t all happen how you pictured, or maybe life had other plans. But listen, that doesn’t mean you failed. Sometimes God’s timeline just doesn’t match ours… and that’s okay.

This is your reminder that progress is still progress, even when it looks different than you imagined.

Here’s what I want you to do this week:

🪞 1. Look back with gratitude.
Celebrate the wins — big or small. You kept your doors open, kept learning, and kept serving. That’s success.

📋 2. Be honest about what didn’t work.
Maybe a class flopped. Maybe a product didn’t sell. That doesn’t mean you failed — it just means you learned what to do differently next time.

🌟 3. Realign your focus.
Ask yourself, “What still matters to me? What feels out of alignment?” Your goals should reflect your current version, not your old one.

💫 4. Start mapping out 2026 — slowly.
No pressure. Just intention. What do you want to feel next year? Peaceful? Profitable? Purpose-driven? Let that guide your next move.

Your story isn’t over just because the year is. You’ve still got time to end strong, even if it just means creating clarity before the next chapter begins.

So pour a cup of coffee, grab your journal, and remind yourself: you are not starting over — you are starting wiser.
