But every meaningful season of growth I've experienced has required the exact opposite.
It required movement.
It required uncertainty.
It required trusting God before I had proof everything would work out.
Growth Often Looks Like Letting Go
People love to talk about new beginnings.
The new business.
The new opportunity.
The new chapter.
What they don't talk about enough is what you have to release to get there.
The habits.
The fears.
The environments.
The versions of yourself that were only designed for the season you're leaving behind.
Growth requires space.
And sometimes that space can only be created through letting go.
The Beauty Industry Taught Me This
One of the greatest lessons this industry has taught me is that success rarely belongs to the most talented person in the room.
It belongs to the person willing to continue growing.
The person willing to learn.
The person willing to evolve.
The person willing to enter rooms before they feel fully ready.
Because readiness is often built through action.

If I could go back and talk to the younger version of myself, I'd tell her this:

It's exciting.

And it's a little scary too.
