Orders and Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards including VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Online orders are processed in real-time with Stripe.

Satisfaction Policy

We want you to absolutely love the products in your order. If an item is defective or was damaged in shipping, please contact us; we’ll replace that item for you and will happily arrange an exchange for you.

  • Your return will be totally free. We will cover any shipping costs necessary to return the order and to ship a replacement to you.
  • If we cannot provide a replacement for a limited-edition item, we’ll provide the full value of the returned item in the form of store credit.
  • We can’t provide returns on products that are slightly different than the product photo. Every monitor displays color differently and it’s impossible to guarantee an exact match.
  • We’ll provide returns on damages that was the fault of our shipping distributor or cosmetics lab, but not products that were damaged through neglect or everyday use.
    • If you received a missing item damaged product, you’re covered.
    • If you’ve tried a product but you prefer a different formulation, you’re not covered. Sorry. 
  • You can initiate your exchange by contacting us. Tell us what’s up and you’ll receive a response within a week. We promise!
  • The more details that you tell us, the quicker we’ll be able to help you. At the very least, make sure you include your order number and the email address that you’d like to use for our correspondence.
  • We can’t be responsible if you entered an incorrect shipping address. If you entered the wrong address on checkout you will need to pay a $5 re-shipment fee for the postage service to change the shipping destination.
